I bought the same clutch (different color) in HK recently, it came in a beautiful black Saint Laurent Paris box and a dust bag. I was thrilled with the unexpected packaging of my clutch . Getting a box is not a gaureentee. However all bags must come with a dustbag. It depends on the availability of stock for boxes, style of bag and size of bag. Sometimes when something is too big they won’t come with a massive box. Generally speaking sites outside of the YSL site generally do not come with a Saint Laurent box. I bought my bag in the ysl store. The SA put it in a black SL box. I got another cassandre in the same ysl store. The SA put in a black SL box. She was so nice. Her name in Morgan, ysl houston galleria. so all my purchases got a dustbag and box. I purchase a clutch from nordstrom and they only gave me dustbag. •••
I am obsessed with having the box, dust bag, and also the outer shopping bag. When I was out to get my LouLou in medium. I went to Nordstrom, Saks, and Neiman. Keep in mind though that you won’t get a YSL box with a Saks purchase. I tend to wear lots of neutral colors and would prefer something more day to day for my 5'4 frame. I currently am considering these two bags: 1. YSL Wallet on a Chain (large) in black with gold hardware. 2. Celine Medium Classic Bag in Box Calfskin in black. I realize there's a steep difference in price haha.

Shipping was super fast, got it today, and when I felt it and the box was super light. When I opened the box, I was horrified to see it just packed in plain plastic, no bubble wrap protecting it, no Saint Laurent . The service and delivery was excellent and it was very well wrapped and packaged. It came with the ysl dust bag and they also sent me a Selfridges dust bag. There was no ysl box but I had paid for the gift box , just in case. Will definitely order .
