You could try a polishing cloth for gold and silver hardware. You don’t have to baby this bag – it’s not easy to scratch, even if it bumps into things when you’re walking or swinging it around. And mine doesn’t have any obvious scratches on it. (I only noticed a few tiny scratches on the YSL logo and some dust around it). I have had also a very good service. There was little scratches in my card holder's logo too fast and I got a chance to return it and they gave my money back. Very easy and I think they really value customers.
