This is a beautiful and absolutely authentic Louis Vuitton Monogram Garment Bag. It is officially called "Housse Porte-habits" (which just means clothes carrier). This bag is made of the traditional monogram canvas with the natural leather trim and gold hardware. It's lined in brown cotton canvas.

As per my previous thread I am looking to get a medium college YSL and I do love the gold hardware on it. However based on previous quality issues thread I am very concerned . If I had to choose a different hardware, I'd go for antique silver. It's stunning on YSL bags. I'm not sure about the difference quality wise, I have YSL bags in both the black and . I've used my 4 yr old med college (vintage shiny black leather w gold hardware) as an everyday bag for more than a year with no slouching. Out to dinner yes, wedding depends .I have the small Loulou in the exact color and the medium Envelope in black with gold hardware. I prefer the Loulou over the Envelope because it’s not as structured and holds more. Would love .
