I’m a bit skeptical because of this.Over 5 years now I have been using Scentsational for my colognes and perfume & like always, I get nothing but top-notch professional and polite customer service. The products are always 10/10 and are very nicely packaged (perfect for gifts too) and at very reasonable prices. So, is Scentsational genuine? Contacted customer service and they were rude, didn’t offer any apology and sent me fake screenshots of a conversation with ‘Evri’ saying that they would not refund me.
