I have one camera that is constantly showing offline in SmartPSS but when I log into the camera via IP it's functioning normally. All my other cameras have no issue. Any tips or information . Channel names have been entered locally in the DVR. There are 3 different workstations that have been set up to view certain channels and when logging in to SmartPSS . Is it possible you are port forwarding and your IP address changed? THANKS FOR RESPOND, THE NVR IS WORKING AND ITS CONNECT TO ROUTER ( INTERNET ) ON .If your device shows it as “Offline Locked,” then it means that your device had too many failed attempts at logins.
